All accounts and characters are owned by OhaGaming. Any kind of donations to the service are non-restorable "Virtual Goods" items.
Any issues that are not included in server rules will be considered by administration separately!

In-game rules:
1. Advertising other games is forbidden.
- Penalty 1: Mute for 3 days + Black list
- Penalty 2: Permanent mute

2. Swearing/Insulting other players is forbidden.
- Penalty 1: Warn + Black List 
- Penalty 2: Mute for 3-7 days
- Penalty 3: Ban for 3-7 days
- Penalty 4: Permanent Ban

3. 3rd Party tools are forbidden
- Penalty 1: Ban for 14 days + Black List
- Penalty 2: Permanent ban

4. Bug Abusing e.g
Speed-glitching, Wall-texture glitching, Removing objects in client and all else that will be recognized by server staff as bug abusing
- Penalty 1: Warn + Blacklist
- Penalty 2: Ban for 7 days
- Penalty 3: Ban for 14 days
- Penalty 4: Permanent Ban

5. AFK at events
- Penalty 1: Warn + Black List
- Penalty 2: Ban for 7 days
- Penalty 3: Ban for 14 days
- Penalty 4: Permanent Ban

6. NP Transfer is forbidden.
Penalty 1: NP reduce (amout depends on situation) + Black List
Penalty 2: NP reduce + 14 days ban
Penalty 3: Permanent ban

7. Trading other members during action wont be punished.
- You can block trading by another users (H -> Trade -> Block_Trade Requests) whenever you need it.

8. KS is allowed.
- Whining about KS is childish. There are always extra spots to hunt what you're looking for.

9. Trading/Merchanting
- Once trading or merchanting make sure that you put correct selling/buying amout.
  If you sell/buy item in a wrong price we wont be able to help you in such a case. You will have to solve it on your own with the buyer/seller.

10. Real money transactions are avaliable however none of them will be supported. 
- You are doing any kind of trades at your own risk. Any support question in such a cases will be ignored by server staff.
- Advertising real-life currency trades in-game, forums, discord and any other Oha social media is forbidden
- Penalty 1: Mute for 3 days + Black list
- Penalty 2: Permanent ban

11. Account selling is forbidden
- Penalty 1: Warn + Black List
- Penalty 2: Permanent Ban

12. Character selling is avaliable only via Cypher Ring any other way of character sale will be punished
- Penalty 1: Warn + Black List
- Penalty 2: Permanent Ban

13. Luring a monster that results in a players death, or attempts at luring a monster with the intent to kill a player or group of players
- Penalty 1: Warn + Blacklist
- Penalty 2: Ban for 7 days
- Penalty 3: Ban for 14 days
- Penalty 4: Permanent Ban

14. Use of Macros
Tools made specifically for Knight Online (e.g. capslock, zen autobot, kozy) and tools with pixel/color/image detection (e.g. jitbit macro recorder, quick macro) are not simple keyboard and mouse macros, so they are considered as 3rd Party Tools 
It is not allowed to use them in OhaGaming, by using them you violate our Rules and you risk getting permanently banned in all of your accounts (including shared accounts) as well as a permanent IP and PC ban.

Purchases on our OhaGaming server are completely voluntary. Before you purchase anything please note that you are not allowed to, and can not charge back as your payment will already be used to support server project.
