Mage Slow & Stun Skills Rate Balance - Oha - 07-30-2022
This video will show you that Mage Slow & Stun skills are very well balanced in our server.
The video presents skills affect on character with 0 and 100 Glacier & Light Resist - the more resist you have the chance to get slowed or stunned is lower but you still can be slowed/stunned even on 150 or more resist - this is how calculation works.
